Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to the United States. We do not offer shipping to other countries or regions at this time.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Timeline
We offer Standard Shipping to all U.S. destinations via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping Cost: Free on all orders.
  • Total Delivery Time: 6-11 business days after processing.
  • Total Delivery Time Calculation: Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (5-8 business days).

Please note: These timeframes are estimates only. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, or local holidays.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. If you are unable to track your package or have any questions, contact us at support@rudderhobby.com.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
All orders are shipped from China. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be charged by your country upon arrival. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Rudder Hobby has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

6. Shipping Address & Order Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Address Changes: You may request a change to your shipping address only before your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated. Please contact us immediately at support@rudderhobby.com.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the request is made before it has been shipped. Once a tracking number is provided, the order cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy will apply.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
While the vast majority of deliveries arrive on time, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or international customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
