Total Delivery Time Calculation: Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (5-8 business days).
Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days(Monday through Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We offer Standard Shipping to all U.S. destinations via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
All orders are shipped from China. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance feesthat may be charged by your country upon arrival. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Rudder Hobby has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your item(s). Returns initiated after this 30-day period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.
- It must include all original packaging, labels, parts, and accessories.
- It must not be damaged or altered in any way.

Step 1: Contact Us
- You must not ship the item back without prior authorization.
- To start a return, please email our customer support team at support@rudderhobby.com within the 30-day window.
Step 2: Provide Information
In your email, please include:
- Your Order Number
- The reason for the return
- Photos or a video of the product clearly showing any issues (if applicable)
Step 3: Wait for Instructions
- Our team will assess your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and further instructions.
Step 4: Ship the Item
- Once instructed, ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping service (e.g., UPS, FedEx). We strongly recommend this to protect your package.
- Returns sent without a tracking number cannot be processed.

- Free Returns & Refund: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong item, or the product is defective), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping cost, and you will receive a full refund.
- Customer-Paid Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or you ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not charge any additional restocking or handling fees.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days.

We recommend that you submit your request within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Shopping at Rudder Hobby is easy. Simply follow the steps below :

1. Select the model or quantity if necessary. Please check it before placing orders.

1. Click on “CHECKOUT ” if you are ready to place the order.

Log in your Rudder Hobby account.

Fill in Customer Information.
1. Fill in the contact information and shipping address;
2. Apply a coupon or discount code if you have;

Complete order
We offer PayPla and credit card payments.
PayPal payment:
1. Click on "PayPal" when you choose PayPal to check out.
2. Click on "Pay with PayPal" to complete order.

2. Click on "Pay Now" to complete order.
